Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of August , 19 80 The following members were present:
_magnr Schneider. councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
(:n»nrilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-469
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RONALD
JECHA FOR PDI (88009)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Ronald Jecha for PDI located at 14755 27th Avenue
North was administratively approved; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a construction loan in the mount of $227,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution 89-43 authorized the reduction of
the construction loan to $141,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer, City Staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the Financial Guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the construction loan in the amount of $141,000 which was submit,ed to
guarantee site improvements for Ronald Jecha for PDI located at 14755 27th
Avenue North, to $66,000.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by cnunciimember Zitur , .end upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayos Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sihk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
