Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of August , 19_89 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 465
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY
ROAD 9 AND I-494 (89014)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land from
FRD (Future Restricted Development) District to B-2 (Shopping Center Business)
District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for Ryan
Construction Company for Rockford Road Plaza located at the northeast corner
of County Road 9 and I-494;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiiiou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
