HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-463CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of Aiigstat , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor R hn ld r, Gnttnri1mnTMher6 Vzsiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: Hone Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-463 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING IN OUTLOT D - WILD WINGS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain roadway drainage and utility easements, and drainage easement for ponding in Wild Wings 2nd Addition, Outlot D; and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for August 21, 1989, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of August 21, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 21, 1989, to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain roadway drainage and utility easements and drainage easement for ponding in Wild Wings 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following easement for roadway drainage and utility easements and drainage easement for ponding purposes be vacated: The drainage easement for ponding purposes in Outlot D, Wild Wings 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and An easement for roadway, drainage and utility purposes over, under, and across the North 75.00 feet of the West 75.00 feet of the following described property: Outlot D, Wild Wings 2nd Addition, according to the record plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmem-er zittr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Srhnaidar- Vnttnri lmomhnra B,iCkgrI 73ttiir aAd SAsk The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasilinn Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
