Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
Angliar 1989. The following members were present: ,

RESOLUTION NO. 89-455
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AGENCY AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota that
pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the
Comissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of the City of Plymouth
to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of local roads and bridge,
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed for and on
behalf of the City to execute and enter into a contract with the Cosmissioner
of Transportation prescribing the torus and conditions of such contracts in
the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation
Agency Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before the City Council,
assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therein contained.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
roun_rilanmber Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, ,
Zitur and Sts
The following votad against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
