HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-454CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a __regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of Aumat , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Cg nrilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-454 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OUTLOT A, DEERHAVEN SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the owner of Outlot A, Deerhaven Second Addition has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easement within Outlot A, Deerhaven Second Addition: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Outlot A, Deerhaven Second Addition, thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 52.97 feet, thence North 89 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 7.86 feet, thence South 0 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 52.93 feet to the point of beginning. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of September 11, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cniinrilnipmher Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Major Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, , Zitur and Sink_ The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
