Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _ 7th day of

Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
Counc ilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 452
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, COTTONWOOD PLAZA ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Hugh M. Maynard of Leonard, Street, and
Deinard, has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
easement for ponding purposes:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Cottonwood Plaza, according to the
plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder,
Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at
Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South 03 degrees 09 minutes
17 seconds East, along the East line of said Lot 1, a distance of
40.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 89
degrees 57 minutes 26 seconds West, parallel with the North Zine
of said Lot 1, a distance of 118.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees
02 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 175.00 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 57 minutes 26 seconds East, parallel with the
North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 120 feet, more or less, to
the East line of said Lot 1; thence Northerly, along the East line
of said Lot 1, a distance of 175 feet, more or less, to the actual
point of beginning.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
September 11, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice cf said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secindei by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
