Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of August
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, CrnmrilmpmhPr-q Vaailirni ,
Rirkpr, Zitur and SiRk
The following members were absent: Nnnn
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-451
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Schmidt Lake Road Improvements
Project bids were received, ojened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Gammon Brothers
Imperial Developers
C.S. McCrossan, Inc.
Brown & Cris
Arnt Construction
Alexander Construction
Carl Bolander & Sons

WHEREAS, it appears that Gammon Brothers of Rogers, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Gammon Brothers of Rogers, MN in the
name of the City of Plymouth for the Schmidt Lke Road Improvements
Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the
amount of the low bid of $721,678.67.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
council mher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
. in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
