Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of August , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneide— r, Z`ouncilmembers asiliou, r
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
he following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-444
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $2,000 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND
TO ACCOUNT NO. 101-189-899.42 FOR 1989 HUMAN SERVICE AGENCY CONTRIBUTIONS
WHEREAS, in September 1989 the City Council elected to place $2,000 of the Domestic
Assault Intervention Program contribution in contingency pending justification from the
Domestic Assault Intervention Project; and
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1989, representatives of the Domestic Assault Intervention
Program appeared before the City Council to provide justification for their need for
the additional $2,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, authorize the transfer of S2,000 from the
contingency fund to Account No. 101-189-889.42 for human service agency funding and
specifically, that the $2,000 be paid to the Domestic Assault Intervention Project upon
Invoice.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: ayor chneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or absta ned: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
