Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day
of July , 1989. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESCUfiICN AUn RIZING THE MhYM AND CITY M AGER TO EWER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WTIH CHAR[SS BRILLY & CaMPANY FOR 1989 AND 1990 AUDITING SERVICES
MMWM, Charles Bailly & Company, Certified Pubic Accountants, have capably
provided auditing services to the City of Plymouth, and
MWAS, Charles Bailly & awpv y, Certified Public Accountants, have
mA iitted a proposal for auditing services for 1989 and 1990, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for auditing services, and
NOW, MEROU E, BE IT NEREY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESUM, ' lot it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City
Manager to enter into an agreement with Charles Bailly & Ccntmkny for 1989
auditing services for $22,900 and 1990 auditing services for $24,400, and
F[RMR, the costs related to auditing services shall be expended from the
various appropriate account -s in relation to the actual audit time expended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers
Rinkgr,_7.itnr, and Sick
The following voted against or abstained: count lmemher VaciIinu
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
