Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of __ July ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 432
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. III
CITY PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Add additional cost for winter construction due to delays.
2. Extend completion date to September 1, 1989.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for Fire Station No. III, City Project No. 615 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 5 for Fire Station No. III, City Project No. 615 by
adding $30,000 and extending completion date is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $1,356,400.00
Previous Change Orders - DELETE (2,507.50)
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 - ADD 30.000.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,383,892.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
