HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-431CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of Ti,13 , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasil;„ , Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-431 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES ADDITION (89008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 5, 1989 the Graham Development Co. developer of Heritage Woods Estates Addition (89008) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: Street Construction Concrete Curb and Gutter Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard & Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Park and Trail Improvements Site Grading & Drainage Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts ORIGINAL TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT Project 81 (2) (3) Original Public zldl11D Privat Total $29,419 $ 55,519 $ -0- $ 55,519 2,904 -0- -0- -0- -0- 56,167 -0- 56,167 -0- 40,870 -0- 40,870 20,671 40,580 -0- 40,580 -0- -0- 4,800 4,800 -0- -0- -0- -0- -0- 300 -0- 300 -0- -0- -0- -0- (Grading Permit No. 19757 issued) -0- QlL' $52,994 $216,b48 $5,376 $222,024 (1) Public Improvement Project No. 416 - City to own and/or maintain after development complete. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning (Grading Permit No 19757 Issued) Cash: Letter of Credit: $ -0- $ -0- $ -0- $ -0- The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemher Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t%ereof: mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
