HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-429CITY OF PLYMOUTH 10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of July , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ri rkpr Zitur and Sink The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 89-429 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CEDAR RIDGE PLAT TWO (A-813) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 29, 1980, B -T Land Company, developer of Cedar Ridge Plat Two (A-813), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: AMOUNT ITS Street Construction ORIGINAL. AMOUNT $ 61,680 NEW $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 12,725 -0- Watermain 41,328 -0- Storm Sewer 27,500 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 10,200 -0- Pond or Ditch Construction 500 -0- Street Signs 450 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 -0- Erosion Control 1,500 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 5,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements 1,500 -0- Boulevard Trees 1,300 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 19.822 _0_ TOTAL $ 185,005 $ -0- That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $1,120 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by r:rn,n ilmamher Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
