Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of
July , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 427
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFIC�TiOUS
25TH AVENUE TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the 25th
Avenue Trunk Watermain Improvements to expand the City's water distribution
system; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the 25th Avenue Trunk Watermain Improvements
begin construction in 1989; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated
as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the
25th Avenue Trunk Watermain Improvements in accordance with
the Preliminary Engineering Report dated March 13, 1989.
2. That funding for the project will be from the Utility Trunk
Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
