HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-426CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of July , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Counrilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-426 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES OUTLOT D - WILD WINGS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, DeVries Builders, Inc., has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following roadway easements, drainage and utility easements and drainage easements for ponding purposes: The drainage easement for ponding purposes in Outlot D, Wild Wings 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and An easement for roadway, drainage and utility purposes over, under, and across the North 75.00 feet of the West 75.00 feet of the following described property: Outlot D, Wild Wings 2nd Addition, according to the record plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY GF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 21, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by enure ilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: iu-or Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, , Zittir and Mak The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
