Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of ,hill ,
1989. The following members were present:
Schneider, Sisk Zitur. Ricker. Vasilinu
The following members were absent: Nnna
CgUn I]Member Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-425
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
CO RD. 6 AND FERNBROOK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the County of
Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit:
To install new traffic control signals with street lights and signing
on Co. Rd. 6 and Fernbrook Lane in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. PW -35-17-89, a copy
of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized to
execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
