HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-417CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re¢ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of July , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89- 417 INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS WHEREAS, in order to provide for orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the public it is recommended that a stop sign be placed at a certain location. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That stop signs be installed at the following locations: 1. "All Way" stop at the intersection of Balsam Lane and 50th Avenue. 2. "All Way" stop at the intersection of Balsam Lane and 49th Place. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CrninrilmomhPr Vanilinit , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cnttnrilmemherc Vasilinu, Rinker, Zitur and Sisk , The following voted against or abstained: Mayer Srhn idpr Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
