HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-416CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of July , 1989. The following members were present: , Ma or Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: *e* None Counc lmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-416 INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS WHEREI.S, in order to provide for orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the public it is recommended that a stop sign be placed at a certain location. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That stop signs be installed at the following locations: 1. "AL1 Way" stop at the intersection of 45th Avenue/44th Avenue and Juneau Lane. 2. "AL1 Way" stop at the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Juneau Lane. 3. "AL1 Way" stop at the intersection of 44th Avenue and Harbor Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rnunctlmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following voted against or abstained: Mayor Schneider Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
