RESOLUTION NO. 89-410
APPROVING 1989 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, applications for Cigarette Licenses have been received from the parties
listed below in accordance with Chapter II, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the parties
listed below be approved for the period of July, 1989 through December 31, 1989:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, t�
following voted In favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
