Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of July ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 406
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. III
CITY PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Add lawn sprinkler system for remainder of sodded areas.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for Fire Station No. III, City Project No. 615 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 4 for Fire Station No. III, City Project No. 615 by
adding $5,512.50 is recommended for approval

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasilinii- Rivkar, Zirvir and Si SU ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Wh reupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
