Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of July
1989. The following members were present: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved ifs
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 405
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR
MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 5TH ADDITION (85065)
WHEREAS, On August 26, 1985, by Resolution No. 85-640, the City Council approved the
Final Plat for Aequitron Addition, located in the Northeast Quadrant of I-494 and
County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, The land contained within the proposed addition is now under the ownership of
Hennepin County or the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, The name of the proposed plat has been revised to Minneapolis Industrial Park
5th Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Hennepin County
and the City of Plymouth for Minneapolis Industrial Park 5th Addition located in
Northeast Quadrant of I-494 and County Road 6.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
