Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPgtJgr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
July , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Schneider, Vasiliou, Sisk, Ricker, Zitur
The following members were absent:
None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 403
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD NO. 101
CITY PROJECT NO. 925
WHEREAS, the City proposes to improve that portion of County State Aid Highway
No. 101 adjacent to the Gleason Lake Elementary School as shown on the City's
plans for City Project No. 925, which improvement contemplates and includes,
grading, drainage, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, traffic
signal and other related improvements; and
WHEREAS, the County has jurisdiction over County road; and
WHEREAS, an agreement is necessary between the City and the County for said
construction and the County has prepared Agreement No. PW 20-17-89 and
presented it to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things be approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City ganger are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 20-17-89 on behalf of the City
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Schneider, Vasiliou, Sisk, Ricker, Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
