.Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of .Tnly ,

Ricker- Zitur and Sick
The following members were absent: Nnna
rnunrilmemher Sick introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-401
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NO'S 8 AND 9 - PUMPING FACILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 625
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Remove and replace unsuitable soil at Pumphouse 8.
B. Six days liquidated damages.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Well No's 8 and 9, Pumping Facilities, City Project
No. 625 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Well No's 8 and 9, Pumping Facilities, City
Project No. 625 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $257,700.00
Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - DEDUCT (247.23)
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.. ......
$257,452.77
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Qnyinr{lmpiglker 71t„r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayar SrhnaidPr- Cnrtnrilmemhnrc Vacilinu. Rigor Zitur ,
and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
