Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of
July , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider., Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89.398
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, the City has received a Permit from the DNR to cross protected
wetlands within the Schmidt Lake Road alignment; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for Schmidt Lake Road - Phase
II in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated
December 28, 1988.
2. That funding for the project will be from the M.S.A. Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker,
7.itur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
