HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-392CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of July , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 89-392 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING SHILOH PINES ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 10, 1989 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Shiloh Pines Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on July 10, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY JF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 10, 1989. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavar Snhneider, Cminyilmambprc Vncilin++ RjCkos, , Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: Nnnc Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
