HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-390CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of Julys , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayr Rehnaldpr Cn.mrilmamhers Vasi iou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-390 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1 ELMHURST HEIGHTS PARCEL 23-118-22-34-0110 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Elmhurst Heights Addition has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements within Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 Block 1 Elmhurst Heights Addition: The south 10 feet except the east 6 feet and west 6 feet of the following described property: That part of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Elmhurst Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying east of Line A and west of Line B described below, except the south 15.00 feet thereof: Line A: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 4 distant 68.75 feet east of the northwest corner thereof, thence southeasterly to a point on the south line of said Lot 4, distant 77.75 feet east of the southwest corner thereof and there terminating. Line B: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 1 distant 11.00 feet east of the northwest corner thereof; thence southeasterly to a point on the south line of said Lot 2 distant 29.00 feet east of the southwest corner thereof and there terminating. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 24, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmea:bers Vasiliou, Ricker, , Z •ur a.d Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
