Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of July ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
. The following members were absent: None
Co nrilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 389
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
BASS LAKE PLAZA ADDITION (A-449)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated December 31, 1973, M.G.
Astleford, developer of Bass Lake Plaza Addition (A-449), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required for the above items, excluding Nathan Lane south of
56th Avenue, be reduced as detailed above from $114,523 to $0 (zero) to reflect the
completed work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, street
construction and concrete curb and gutter (56th Avenue No. and Nathan Lane, north of
56th Avenue No.) is hereby accepted for continual maintenance beginning immediately
upon receipt of the required one year maintenance guarantee by the developer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the developer shall be required to provide a $121,266
financial guarentee to ensure the required installation of utilities and street
construction, including concrete curb and gutter on Nathan Lane, south of 56th Avenue
to the south plat boundary of Bass Lake Plaza Addition.
1bThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
