Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the loth day
of July , 19 89 The following members were present:
_Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 383
APPROVING AMENDED DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ROGER FAZENDIN FOR THE "THE
VILLAGES" (85001) (RPUD 84-2)
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution 84-2 approved the Final Plat and
Development Contract for "The Villages"; and,
WHEREAS, Roger Fazendin has requested approval of an Amended Development
Contract for the "The Villages";
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Amended
Development Contract for the "The Villages", modifying Section 14.6 of the
Development Contract to include "living areas" as the uses to which Lots 3, 4,
and 9, Block 1 may be limited to.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _ Counciimember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
