HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-375CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the loth day of July , 19$x_ The following members were present: Major Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Conncilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 375 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH TO EXCEED HEIGHT LIMITATIONS OF THE FRO ZONE AT 39TH AVENUE NORTH AND COUNTY ROAD 101 (89045) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested a Conditional Use Permit to exceed height limitations of the FRD Zone to construct a water tower of 126 feet at 39th Avenue North and County Road 101; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for The City of Plymouth, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 3. The architectural design shall be the "fluted column" alternative. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilnuber Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ed.
