HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-372CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of jniy_, 19,89 The following members were present: Mayr Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89-372 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RUSSEL BOULEY (89026) WHEREAS, Russel Bouley has requested approval of a Site Plan for a 11,424 square foot accessory storage structure for Hamel Building Center to be located at 18710 Highway 55; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Resolution 87-613, granted a variance to the Urban Development Policy to allow a new accessory storage structure on this site; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request for Russel Bouley, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 3. Signage shall be in compliance with the ordinance. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per ordinance provisions. 5. Compliance with the ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes including construction of the water main and fire hydrants proposed as soon as municipal water service is available. The petitioner shall submit a letter specifically concurring with this condition; the letter shall be filed with the Conditional Use Permit. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure, and no outside storage is permitted. (see next page) Resolution No. 89-372 Page Two File 89026 7. An 8-1/2 x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior.to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City policy.or implied. 8. No variances other than that granted under Resolution 87-613 are granted The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None _ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
