Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day
of July , 1989 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: gone
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-365
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED AT 302B ZINNIA LANE (89031)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located at 302B Zinnia Lane from FRD to R-2 in conjunction with approval of
Fisc+1 Plat for the Bremer Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
the Bremer Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication
of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C,ouncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
