Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the loth day
of July , 19_89 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESDLUTION 89- 360
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TRAMMEL CROW COMPANY FOR CARLSON COMPANIES 4th
ADDITION (89023)
WHEREAS, Trammel Crow Company has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat
for Carlson Companies 4th Addition, a plat for 2 lots on 19 acres located east
of Xenium Lane between 6th Avenue north and 10th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMDUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for
Carlson Companies 4th Addition for 2 lots located east of Xenium Lane between
6th Avenue north and 10th Avenue north, subject to the followi j conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing
any open storm water drainage facility.
5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.
6. The location of the property line between proposed Lot 1 and Lot 2 shall
be adjusted to eliminate the setback deficiency for parking on Lot 1.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon
the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider. Councilaexbers Vasiliou,
Ria-Irdar, Zi IT And Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
