HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-358CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of 1--=', 19H9_ The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89-358 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR BASS LAKE PLAZA 4th ADDITION FOR SUPER AMERICA (89007) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Bass Lake Plaza 4th Addition as requested by Super America. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at issuance of Building Permit. 4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 7. Approved variances are: From the Fire Code for construction of fire lanes. 8. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 9. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. Resolution No. 89-358 Page Two File 89007 10. Private Drive access shall be limited to internal public roads and prohibited from: Bass Lake Road (County Road 10). The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _�. r zicur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers jjAuMnn- IIirkar� 7_itnr and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
