Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rexular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the loth day
of T,, I y_, 19_$9_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers asiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-357
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR BASS LAKE PLAZA 4th ADDITION FOR SUPER AMERICA
(89007)
WHEREAS, Super America has requested approval for Final Plat for Bass Lake
Plaza 4th Addition, a plat for 1 lot and 1 outlot on approximately 12 acres
located at the southeast corner of Nathan Lane and County Road 10; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Super America for Bass Lake Plaza 4th Addition located southeast corner of
Nathan Lane and County Road 10.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
