10 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r gular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the inch day of July ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou
Rirker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-354
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-353
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
LOT 1 AND 2 BLOCK 1 SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility easement
within Lot 1 and 2, Block 1 Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition by Resolution
No. 89-353--.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the lot
consolidation of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 Scherer Industrial Development 2nd Addition is
filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dull; seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, ki-ker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
