Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of Dui , 1989.
The following members were present: Schneider, ss 77itur, Vasillou, Ricker

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-350
APPROVING AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
MICHAEL PERRY GALLAGHER, 11331 HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license has been received
from Michael Perry Gallagher at 11331 Highway 55 for consideration by the Plymouth City
Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Section 1200: and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to
deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that an oft -sale intoxicating liquor license be approved for Michael Perry
Gallagher, 11331 Highway 55, for the period Oily 10, 1989 through aanuary 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: ne r, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
