HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-343CITY OF PLYMYni Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 19th day of .lune 1 1989 . The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: Councilmember Ricker Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 89- 343 APPROVING REPLACEMENT OF KILMER LANE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended replacement of the playground equipment at Kilmer Lane Neighborhood Park, and WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended the Lockville Play System from Miracle Recreation at a bid price of $11,998, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the replacement of the Kilmer Neighborhood Playground, and further that the Director of Finance is authorized to transfer $20,000 from the 219-219 neighborhood park dedication account to the 401-401 construction account to fund this project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
