Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of June , 1989 The following mem ers were

The following members were absent: Councilmember Ricker
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-334
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 1989-1990
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of applications for renewal of On -Sale
Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses from:
Chin Yuen Restaurant
10820 Highway 55
Elm Creek Golf Course
18940 Highway 55
Golden China Restaurant
4108 Lancaster Lane
Hollydale Golf, Inc.
4710 Holly Lane
Latuff's Pizzeria
11333 Highway 55
West Medicine Lake Community Club
1705 Forestview Lane
Heinzen-Ditter VFW
19020 Hamel Road
Hampton Hills Golf Course
5313 Juneau Lane
Marcello's Pizza & Pasta
4112 Lancaster Lane
Pizza Hut of the N.W. Inc.
1415 State Highway 101
In accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200, Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, each applicant has been reviewed by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved for the
above for a period from July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dt.,ly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou
Zitur and Sisk Me TollowIng
