HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-332CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of Tune , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: Councilmember Ricker Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-332 ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (FUTURE COUNTY ROAD 61) COUNTY ROAD 47 TO 54TH AVENUE NORTH CITY PROJECT NO. 416 WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for Northwest Boulevard, County Road 47 to 54th Avenue North; and WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Northwest Boulevard - County Road 47 to 54th Avenue North in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated February 13, 1989. 2. That funding for the project will be from special assessments as contained in the development contract for Bass Lake Hills, Bass Lake Heights, Bass Lake Heights 2nd, Bass Lake Heights 3rd, Bass Lake Heights 4th and Bass Lake Woods Additions with the balance from the M.S.A. Fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur , an!d cask The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
