Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re¢ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th _ day of
June , 1989. The following members were present:

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-323
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
WILD WINGS 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 19, 1989 a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer wi+h reference to the
improvement of Wild Wings 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on June
19, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property within the plat named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted June 19, 1989. The petitioners
have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc•ilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Srhneider,_ Cnunri lmembersa UsJ 1.401.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
