HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-321CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19xh day of June , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers VasilioL- Zi ur and Sick , The following members were absent: rntinrilmPmhor RiCkg-r Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-321 ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRAIL 23RD AVENUE TO 26TH AVENUE CITY PROJECT NO. 931 WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the trail along West Medicine Lake Drive from 23rd Avenue to 26th Avenue; and WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the trail along West Medicine Lake Drive from 23rd Avenue to 26th Avenue in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report dated May 31, 1989. 2. That funding for the project will be from the Park Dedication Fund, Community Playfields and Trails Account. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rnlfnPilmPmhPr Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers VasilioL- Zitur , and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
