Minnesota, was held on the _9 h day of June , 192 The following members were present: Mi%ynr Schneider- CnunJ Imam orc Unci l to - r and Sick The following members were absent: Councilmember Ricker Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89-318 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 281 (89035) WHEREAS, Independent School District 281 has requested approval of a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for an addition of 6,400 square feet to Plymouth Middle School located at 10011 36th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recomends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request for Independent School District 281 for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Plymouth Middle School located at 10011 36th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 5. All waste and wase containers shall be stored within the structure, and no outside storage is permitted. 7. An 8-1/2 x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained Nona Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
