Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th
day of Oune , 1989 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, ounc me ers Va3 ou, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Councilmember Ricker
Councilmember Vasilio_u introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-317
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR RAINBOW FOODS, INC., 10200 6TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, application for an off -sale non -intoxicating liquor license has been
received from Rainbow Foods, Inc., 10200 6th Avenue North, for consideration and
approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1200; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds ne.
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating License be approved for
Rainbow Foods Inc., 10200 6th Avenue North, for the period Oily 1, 1989 through
9une 30, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou
Zitur and Sisk he following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
