Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, A regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1�_day of
Jure 1989. The following were present: Mayor Schneider.
Council -members Vasiliou Zitur and Ricer
The following members were absent: Co; ncilmember F t ker
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

ACCEPTING THE 1988 FINANCIAL REPORT AMID AUDIT
NOW.AS, the City Council has received and reviewed the 1988 Financial Report
prepared by the Finance Director and the audit of said report prepared by
Charles Bailly 6 Company; and
WHNZAS, the fine of Charles Bailly 6 Company has isued an unqualified opinion
as to the results of their audit;
NOW, 7HEREpOEtE, BE IT MtEBY RE9OGVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the financial report prepared by the City's Finance
Director and the audit of said report as prepared by Charles Bailly 6 Catpany
be arra the same are hereby approved and accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
