HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-313CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: Bone Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89- 313 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF PINEVIEW LANE STREET EASEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Thomas Graham has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street easement: That part of Pineview Lane which lies westerly of and adjacent to the east line of the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Said part of Pineview Lane to be vacated lies easterly and northeasterly of the easement for Pineview Lane described in Hennepin County Document Number 4992689 and lies southeasterly of the easement for County Road 61 described in said Document Number 4992689. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 10, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers VaGiliou- Ri , , Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
