HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-312CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day or, June , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89- 312 AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD BETWEEN ZACHARY LANE AND SARATOGA LANE WHEREAS, the Ctiy of Plymouth has undertaken the improvement of Schmidt Lake Road between Zachary Lane and Saratoga Lane by the installation of bituminous street and concrete curb and gutter in conformance with municipal state aid standards; and WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Schmidt Lake Road between Zachary Lane and Saratoga Lane. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Schmidt Lake Road between Zachary Lane and Saratoga Lane. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, , Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
