Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of June ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmemberc Vnsilinn___,

RESOLUTION NO. 89- 311
APPROVING AGREEMENT
CHICAGO & NORTHWESTERN TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
CITY PROJECT NO. 833
WHEREAS, The City is proposing to improve the frontage road along the west side of
Highway 169 between 8th Avenue and 13th AVenue; and
WHEREAS, there is an existing railroad crossing this frontage road which is owned and
operated by the Chicago & Northwestern Transportation Company; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct an 8" watermain under the crossing; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared between the City and the railroad for the
necessary improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the agreement
between the City and the Chicago & Northwestern Transportation Company providing for
the watermain to be constructed at the existing railroad crossing of the west frontage
road along Highway 169 between 8th Avenue sad 13th Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
