HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-309CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-309 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS COUNTY RD. 6 SANITARY SEWER CITY PROJECT NO. 834 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-53 of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of January, 1989, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to sanitary sewer improvements along Co. Rd. 6; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 6th day of March, 1989 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIT-' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 23, 1989, except as amended herein. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates are designated as engineers for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. The project shall include the construction of sanitary sewer from Urbandale Lane to Xanthus Lane. 4. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with the three affected property owners to install sanitary sewer adjacent to their property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by (nVnrilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
