Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of June ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmemhers Vasili�u
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-306
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NO. 10 WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 814
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Construct air release valve manhole.
B. Watermain Depth.
C. Extend completion date to June 2, 1989.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Well No. 10 Watermain, City Project 814 is
gorecommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the Well No. 10 Watermain City Project No. 814
is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $82,555.00
Previous Change Orders -0-
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 3-850.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $86,405.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider- Conn ilme h rs Vasi io i, Rickpr, 7.1tur and Si --k,
The following voted against or abstained: NnnP
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
