HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-297CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of june, 19_83 The following members were present: Myer Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None eminciimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 297 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR STEEPLECHASE 6TH ADDITION FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (MPUD 83-1) (89028) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Steeplechase 6th Addition as requested by Lundgren Brothers Construction Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re -cording of, and related to said plat: I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the construction of municipal sewer and water. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. (SEE NEXT PAGE) RESOLVTION N0. 89-297 Page Iwo File No. 89028 8. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. 9. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved MPUD 83-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Ccauarilmombex- M t- r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneiders Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Utur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
