Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of June , 19 89 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, councilmembers Ricker Sick Vasiliou and Zitnr
The following members were absent: Non
Councilmember Sisk _ _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-294
APPROVING RPUD F:NAL PLAT/SITE PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GRAHAM
DEVELOPMENT FOR HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES (RPUD 88-5)(89008)
WHEREAS; Graham Development has requested approval for an RPUD Final Plat/Plan
for Heritage Woods Estates, a plat for 24 single family lots on 12 acres,
located in the northeast and southwest quadrants of County Road 47 and
Pineview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Developm<-nt Contract covering the
improvements related to sai plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the RPUD Final
Plat/Final Plan and Development Contract for Graham Development for Heritage
Woods Estates located at the northeast and southwest quadrants of County Road
47 and Pineview Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou _ , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Muor Schneider_ co„ncilmembers
Ricker. Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
